During this year World Tourism Day celebration were distinguished the Lake District Aero Club, for the tourist product 2011 - aviation tourism. During the Gala in Mragowo on September 29th a special certificate of the tourist product year for "new form of aviation Rallies tourism" received Stanislaw Tołwiński, president of the Lake District Aero Club, and the initiator of aviation events of an international range.
This year's World Tourism Day motto was "Tourism Connections Cultures". Ceremonial gala, during which prizes and awards honored the best tourism products 2011 years took place on 29 September in Mragowo. Participation in the celebration were representatives of local authorities and tourist organizations from throughout the region.
Aero Club of the Lake District gained recognition Regional Tourist Organization, the organizer of Gala, whose representatives handed to Tołwiński Stanislaw, president of AKJ special certificate Tourist Product of 2011 for creating a new tourism product - aviation tourism.
Aviation rallies, and especially on Warmia and Masuria, are part of a larger plan President Stanislaw Tołwiński - the development of air tourism in Poland. Masurian Lake District is not only beautiful scenery and natural beauty is also a very attractive place for tourists, making many forms of recreation, including aviation tourism. In this sense, flying is a faster way to reach selected, attractive in terms of tourist places in the regions. By using a small aviation potential visitors can see many more things in less time, resulting in more attractive tourist expeditions.
Initiator and organizer of the Rallys aviation (Aero Club of the Lake) always provides a rich program of residence, and within its social emphasis barbecue joint, evenings integration, cruises on Masurian lakes and canoe expeditions down the Krutynia river or Sapin.
In undertaking the ambitious intention of promoting aviation and tourism development over the country wants to revive the business, tourist industry, selected local governments to work towards the development of small air transport and use it to develop the tourism sector.
Aviation rallies, as part of tourism, are a great idea for the promotion not only a small aviation - General Aviation, but also the Warmia and Masuria, as friendly to active tourism practiced using small planes.
